Book: Size 12 is Not Fat
Author: Meg Cabot

The beginning of a new series about has-been pop-star Heather Wells. I have never read anything by Cabot that I haven't completely enjoyed, and this was no exception.

The story is about a washed up teen diva who now works at a local college in the office of a dorm. Suddenly two of the girls from the building are dead. Everyone except Heather thinks that the girls died of their own accord. Heather dives in to find out if what she thinks happened, really did happen. This is a great book. Romance, humor, and suspense all perfectly melded together. It's perfect for an afternoon read!

Recommended for: Anyone who has enjoyed the Stephanie Plum novels by Janet Evanovich, or Alex Cross novels by James Patterson. Also, Meg Cabot fans will not be let down!
